Attracting a myriad of individuals every night, the alluring town of "Oukagai" offers a temporary escape from life's daily struggles. Within its boundaries, one can find a plethora of pleasures, ranging from gambling, alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, to the company of courtesans. Wealth is warmly embraced by the illuminating lights, while poverty finds solace in the enigmatic darkness. Tonight, a young girl finds herself drawn into the depths of this darkness, unsure of what awaits her. 

Our protagonist assumes the role of a mentor within the Yoshiwara Kachou, a renowned establishment known for training new employees in the art of pleasure. His duty is to impart his knowledge of sexual techniques to the budding courtesans during their training period. Having long lost his innocence due to his extensive experience with training numerous prostitutes, he finds himself faced with the task of caring for Chihaya, a girl consumed by misery. As he grapples with Chihaya's mysterious aura, his own mind becomes entangled in a web of uncertainty.
